Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms regarding the parties, the nature of the service, fees, the right of withdrawal, and dispute resolution for lessons and packages you purchase remotely through the Favolingo platform.

Parties

Seller: Favolingo (the "Platform"). Buyer: the individual ("Student") who creates an account on the Platform and purchases a lesson or package.

This agreement is deemed concluded electronically once the Student confirms the payment step.

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations arising from Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the nature, sale price, payment method, and right of withdrawal of the online language lesson or lesson package purchased by the Student on the Platform.

Nature and Delivery of the Service

The purchased service is a live video language lesson delivered digitally in real time. The lesson takes place between the teacher and the student through a video call infrastructure at the date and time set in the Platform's booking system.

The service has no physical delivery; lesson access is provided once the booking is confirmed and at the time of the lesson.

Fee, Payment, and Invoice

The lesson or package fee is clearly displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and is collected via credit/debit card or in installments through İyzico's secure payment infrastructure.

An invoice for the payment is sent to the Student's registered email address in accordance with applicable legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

The Student may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason, provided the relevant lesson has not yet taken place.

Details on exercising the right of withdrawal and the per-lesson cancellation windows are set out on the Delivery and Return Terms page.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have been fully performed with the Student's approval, or for content specially prepared at the Student's individual request.

The fee for a lesson that has already taken place is not refunded under the right of withdrawal; such lessons are subject only to the cancellation policy on the Delivery and Return Terms page.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Student's place of residence, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those limits.
