Description of Service

Favolingo is an online lesson platform that connects students with language teachers. Lessons take place through live video calls.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. All actions taken through your account are your responsibility.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Payments and Cancellations

Lesson fees, including taxes, are specified during booking and collected through İyzico's secure payment infrastructure.

Cancellation and refund terms are determined based on how much time remains before the lesson start. Your refund right is preserved for cancellations made on time.

Teacher and Student Conduct Rules

All users are obligated to treat each other with respect. Harassment, insults, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.

Lessons must only be scheduled and conducted through the platform.

Intellectual Property

The content, brand, and software on the platform belong to Favolingo and may not be used without permission. Teachers' lesson materials belong to the respective teacher.

Limitation of Liability

Favolingo acts as an intermediary between teachers and students. The quality of lesson content is the teacher's responsibility.

The service is provided "as is"; we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from technical interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to users. The current terms are always available on this page.
