After creating a free account, you can click the "Book a Trial Lesson" button on any teacher's profile. The trial lesson is valid once per teacher and is completely free.
Lessons take place entirely in your browser — no app download required. Simply click the "Join Lesson" link at your lesson time. A one-on-one video connection with your teacher is established.
If you cancel your lesson more than 24 hours in advance, you get a full refund. Less than 24 hours before the lesson, you cannot cancel it yourself and need to contact our support team. If the teacher cancels, you always receive a full refund.
When you buy a lesson package, you get a set number of lesson credits and a validity period. You can use these credits by selecting "Use from my package" during booking. Packages offer discounts from 5% to 25%.
On the Teachers page, you can use filters for language, level, price, and specialty. Each teacher's profile includes a bio, certificates, student reviews, and an intro video. We recommend testing your compatibility with a trial lesson.
All payments are processed through İyzico, Turkey's most established payment infrastructure. Your card details are never stored on our servers. 3D Secure verification is active on all transactions.
